ACS Q&A – Meet Dr. Osman: What Are Your Areas Of Interest?

My areas of interest are in treating patients with cardiac illnesses. My main passion is about treating patients with heart attack and patients with advanced vascular illness. I enjoy treating patients with peripheral arterial disease: a condition in which blockages develop in the arteries that supply blood to the legs. These blockages can sometimes lead to chronic wounds, nonhealing ulcers and leg pain. I spent additional years of training learning the most advanced techniques for diagnosing and treating patients with these complex vascular conditions.
