Vitamin E has been a controversial topic for a number of years. There are several foods that are naturally high in vitamin E, including almonds, pecans, walnuts and other nuts. We believe that getting vitamin E from natural food sources is very good for heart health.

However, it is no longer thought that taking additional vitamin E through supplements is necessarily a good idea. In fact, some studies suggest that vitamin E supplements could even be detrimental.

Eating foods that are naturally high in vitamin E and other antioxidants is a great way to support heart health.
