Performing IT related functions, help desk support and EMR first level support. Printer troubleshooting, desktop troubleshooting, login troubleshooting including all end user first call response and escalation. Additional IT related tasks and maintenance as needed.

  • Microsoft Windows based PC environment support is required
  • Hands on hardware support and skills are required
  • Additional IT related tasks and maintenance as required
  • Basic Microsoft Office, Internet and IP networking skills are required.

Must be extremely attentive to details, organized, with excellent time management and be accountable for tasks and follow through. Candidate must be presentable in a health care environment. A candidate will have extensive opportunity for growth and education with various medical practice systems.

 

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
